Responsibilities

• Supports the university mission and serves as a Q2 culture ambassador
• Assists with planning and execution of social, educational, cultural, and service events
• Assists with documenting events, tracking expenses, scheduling, and coordinating venues
• Creates promotional materials and guest lists for events
• Provides on-site event presence and helps troubleshoot issues
• Represents the Office of Community Engagement with local partners and guests
• Greets attendees and ensures high-quality customer service at events
• Collaborates with university staff and community members to promote events
• Contributes to event plans and adjusts to weather or equipment changes
