Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) seeks a Community Desk Assistant - Student Position at Bowie State University. The role ensures 24/7 desk operations, answers inquiries, and forwards emergencies while maintaining documentation and building safety.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
FLSA Status: Student Non-Exempt – Position not eligible for benefits
This student position assists with 24-hour service desk operations including providing service to residents, forwarding emergency calls, monitoring the safety of the building, managing the work order system, and logging/distributing resident packages.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. $15.00 per hour. Pay occurs on a bi-weekly schedule. Work between 10-20 hours each week. No more than 30-hours during certain times such as move-in, move-out and other busy time periods during academic year.
