The Co-Op role collaborates with a department in a program of learning experience in a specific area of the hospital. Reporting to a department leader, this person is someone enrolled in a Technical School’s Co-Op program and seeking additional hands-on experience. Training, evaluation and competencies for this role are overseen by a department leader.

Job Description:

  • Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a department leader.
  • Collaborates with other members of the department to complete tasks and projects as assigned to improve their skills and gain practical experience.
  • Responsibilities will vary based on the department the Co-Op Student is assigned to.

Required Qualifications:

  • Concurrent Vocational or Technical training in area of learning experience.
  • 0-1 years related work experience required.
  • Basic Familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
