Qualifications

• Seeking a student-centered, collaborative paraprofessional to support classroom activities.
• Ability to work under supervision and assist with curriculum delivery and student engagement.
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment aligned with district mission.

Responsibilities

• Instructional & Curriculum Support: Assist teacher with lesson materials and organize activities to engage children across social, language, cognitive, and motor domains.
• Routine & Space Management: Support daily routines and help create engaging learning centers to promote independence.
• Student Behavior & Safety: Maintain a safe classroom, assist with cleanup, and monitor behavior plans.
• Collaboration & Communication: Provide feedback to supervisors, teachers, and parents about student progress and participate in conferences when requested.
• Compliance & Growth: Complete documentation timely and attend professional development trainings.
