Job summary

Middlebury Snowbowl is seeking a student employee to assist in prep and cooking items according to the meal schedule, prep vegetables and stock items for the salad bar, maintain a sanitary work area, and assist cooks and kitchen staff.

The position pays $15.88 per hour and is on campus. Eligibility is limited to students enrolled for the semester; on-campus work rules apply including weekly hour limits and visa restrictions for international students.

Responsibilities

• Assists in prepping and cooking items according to meal schedule.
• Preps vegetables, fruits, and food items for use in prepared salads and stock items for the salad bar area.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area and uses proper precautions to ensure fresh and clean product.
• Assists cooks, kitchen workers and performs other duties as necessary.
• Cleans work areas, including counters, floors, dishes and related equipment and ensures they are in proper sanitary condition.
