Dean Transportation is seeking a School Bus Driver to safely transport students and passengers to school events and activities in Clare, MI. Training is provided, including preparation for obtaining a CDL, and no prior CDL experience is required.

Earn up to $22.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, benefits, and a 401(k) plan after one year of service. You will contribute to a positive, student-centered experience while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Meet all general qualifications for employment.
• Meet company and state standards for driving record check.
• Meet company, state, and school district standards for criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Use established routes and designated bus stops.
• Instruct passenger riders regarding safety.
• Drive defensively under varying traffic conditions and weather.
