Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a behavioral health or healthcare program.
• No prior experience required.
• Willing to undergo onboarding and unit shadowing.
• Available to rotate weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support psychiatric daily routines and activities for daily living.
• Observe patient behaviors and document care.
• Assist with de-escalation and crisis intervention.
• Help maintain a safe, structured and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Document in medical records and communicate with treatment team.
• Maintain a safe environment and effectively manage crises.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and ensure a clean milieu.
