Responsibilities

• Track behaviors of students through MTSS to identify needs.
• Assist students exhibiting behavioral and emotional difficulties.
• Promote positive behaviors and de-escalate incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, social workers, psychologists and other staff.
• Provide direct behavioral support in classrooms, hallways, lunchroom, and recreations.
• Provide support for students in crisis.
• Monitor attendance and collect required data.
