The role requires an associate degree or 48 hours of college coursework or passing the Para-Pro Assessment, basic computer skills, excellent attendance, and the ability to establish consistent schedules and routines while

Qualifications

• Hold an associate degree or higher or equivalent of 48 hours of college coursework; OR pass the ETS Para-Pro Assessment.
• Working computer knowledge required.
• Multi-tasked oriented; Firm, Team Player.
• Must be able to work with small groups of students to reinforce skills and provide constructive feedback.
• Must be a positive role model for young children.
• Excellent attendance.
