Job summary

Chicago Fire FC is seeking a dedicated educational support professional to assist student athletes across core classes such as Algebra, Chemistry, Geometry, Physics, and English. You will supervise tutoring and progress monitoring while coordinating with coaches and Academy staff to ensure timely transitions between academic and performance spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate educational support in academic spaces for student athletes
• Monitor progress and encourage completion of core classes
• Conduct regular 1:1 checks with student athletes
• Lead small group tutoring sessions and use online platforms
• Report concerns to coaches and Academy staff
• Support mental performance, culture and character initiatives
• Assist with scheduling and adapt to changing environments
