Job Summary

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines, which includes taking mandatory hydration and rest breaks, especially when performing outdoors in extreme weather.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to fit into the costume, withstand high temperatures, and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, and dancing) for extended periods.
• Personality: Requires a highly outgoing, energetic, and creative personality with strong nonverbal communication skills.
• Must be enrolled at UWG in a minimum of 6 credit hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Work in heat or cold for periods of 1 to 1 1/2 hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in theater, dance, cheerleading, or acting is heavily preferred, though not always required.
