Freeman Health System in Joplin is seeking a Student Assistant in Pediatrics to support nursing staff on assigned pediatric units. This PRN/part-time position provides basic nursing care under the supervision of a nurse, ideal for students currently enrolled in an RN or LPN program who have completed their first nursing course.

The role includes assisting with patient needs, observing and reporting changes, and contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• If A CNA License Was Held Prior To Starting Nursing Program, The Employee May Be Considered For A Student Assistant Program.
• Currently Enrolled In RN Or LPN Nursing Program And Have Successfully Completed First Semester Of Nursing Courses.
