Qualifications

• Proficient in using Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with creating Qualtrics surveys, or the ability to learn.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills are essential.
• Able to draft clear, concise emails and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating lesson plan templates for Externships Educators.
• Assist in developing Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics surveys to track data of participants.
• Draft emails for the PI and Co-PI to industry and community partners for outreach.
• Assist in the design of recruitment materials.
• Plan and set up in-person and digital orientations for grant participants.
• Track, organize, and maintain participant data and documentation for externship activities.
