Job summary

Liberty University, Inc. is seeking a part-time Testing Services support assistant in Lynchburg, VA to help with daily testing operations. You will administer tests, proctor the testing area, and manage green sheets, registrations, and score reports with meticulous attention to detail and courteous service.

The role requires strong English skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy office and testing environment. Prior office experience is preferred.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  2. Proctoring the testing area.
  3. Being diligent regarding details on green sheets, ensuring all testing materials are handed out as directed and returned.
  4. Alphabetizing green sheets.
  5. Logging in make-up test information on excel sheets & email.
  6. Being diligent regarding details of what goes on in the office and in the testing area.
  7. Answering the telephone.
  8. Answering questions.
  9. Registering student for CLEP test.
  10. Verifying information on CLEP registration from with score report, attendance report, and registration book.
  11. Filing score reports.

Time Type Part time Location Onsite Pay Rate Starting at $12.77

Student employees are paid at least the current Virginia minimum wage per hour. Pay may vary by position and department based on job responsibilities, required skills, available funding, and market conditions.
