Position Title: Student Assistant - Facility and Grounds
Job Summary: Ever wondered what it would feel like to work in a beautiful place and at the same time, be inspired by art? Now is your opportunity! The Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art is looking for Auburn University students for the position of Facility and Grounds Assistants to help maintain the appearance and operations of the Museum building and property by performing various tasks to ensure the upkeep and smooth operation of its buildings and grounds. Though physical labor will be a substantial requirement for this position, assistants also will warmly engage with staff and visitors, enjoy working cooperatively with others, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail, always representing the museum and Auburn University in a professional and cheerful manner.

The hours for the position are: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Thursdays until 8:00 pm). Two to three shifts per week (approximately 10 hours per week), with a mix of weekday options available.
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
