The State of Michigan, via the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), seeks a Student Assistant to support NEPA coordination for local road projects in Lansing. You will perform data entry, maintain files and reports, and help update databases while contributing to clearance research.

This position is responsible for assisting Local Agency Program (LAP) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Coordinators in performing data entry, creating and maintaining files and reports, updating existing databases, and performing research as needed for NEPA clearance process for proposed local road projects at the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).
The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Student Assistant position.

Current enrollment in vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution. MDOT requires enrollment in at least six credit hours per semester/term excluding summers and continuously enrolled and earning the required credits.
