Position Title: Student Assistant - Crooked Oaks Events Set-Up Coordinators
Job Summary
Auburn University’s Crooked Oaks is seeking a motivated and versatile student worker to assist with a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include preparing and executing event setups, ensuring venues are clean, organized, and equipped with the required furniture, decorations, and equipment according to event plans. This role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additional duties include lodging setup, providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and contributing to marketing and social media efforts.
Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. One must be a team player, as you will be working hand in hand with the Crooked Oaks Staff with each event and daily tasks. Other responsibilities will include:
