Job summary

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a student for the IV-D Child Support Program Operations customer service data distribution and document maintenance assistant. You will distribute reports to staff, organize inbound/outbound documentation, and support the establishment of child support orders.

Remote/hybrid work options may be considered; enrollment status must be maintained. This position duration depends on the student’s enrollment status, and when not enrolled it

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school, vocational or technical school, or post-secondary educational institution.

Responsibilities

• Distribute reports to staff, managers, and administration.
• Organize, maintain, and electronically image inbound and outbound documentation related to the establishment of Child Support orders.
• Assist in processing inbound work items for the Child Support Specialists.
