- Manages Housing Operations Social Media Account
- Copywriting and content creation
- Help plan and execute Housing Operations Campaigns
- Organizes and Schedules Communication Calendar
- Requires experience in website developement
- Requires marketing skills and experience
- Answers phones and greets visitors, resolves routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines
- Makes bookkeeping entries and maintains audit trail files
- Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desk top computers
- Performs other duties as assigned.
