Job Summary: Assists departments with outreach, recruitment, and retention initiatives and projects. Organizes activities for students that support development of a campus community. Assists with new student orientations. Provides reception and clerical services for First Resort.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. General clerical or secretarial experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Position requires good hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, typewriter or other office equipment. Lifting, pulling, and bending are often required for setting up and breaking down events. Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers. Requires the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds. Work is normally performed in an office setting with little or no exposure to health and safety hazards. Requires some evening hours. Occasional travel to offsite recruitment activities required. Considerable time is spent working at a computer.
