The Student Affairs Assessment & Success Specialist is a pivotal role within the Office of Continuous Improvement and Institutional Performance. This position is designed for a dynamic and personable professional who will work closely with the Director of Administrative Assessment to support student affairs offices on all three campuses in executing effective assessment plans, analyzing data, and communicating success stories. As a change agent, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance the impact of student affairs on holistic student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required skills, knowledge, abilities:
Master's degree preferred but not required. Experience in student affairs/student life strongly preferred.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000, with a starting salary expectation around $53,000. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs.
