Summary/ Objective
East Side House (ESH) is a community resource in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. ESH's YABC Program aligns with our mission by providing high-quality programs and services within community centers and school partnerships.
Reporting to the Program Director, the Student Advisor is responsible to Student Advisor will provide support over a wide variety of areas including college and career readiness, academic progress monitoring, day-to-day student issues, social-emotional and personal development. The Student Advisor will follow the Primary Person Model where they will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff members. As a member of the Smith YABC, the Student Advisor is expected to work collaboratively with our partner at school faculty and staff to ensure each student’s academic success.

The work schedule expected for this position is: Monday- Friday, 7:30am-3:30PM
