East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is seeking an Admissions Specialist to support student admissions, registration, and application processing at the Mesa campus. You will provide frontline customer service to students and families and help maintain confidential student records.

The role is full-time, 12-month classified, non-exempt, with typical Monday-Friday work days. Salary ranges from $23.09 to $29.79 per hour, with generous benefits and mandatory ASRS retirement participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative, clerical, customer service, admissions, registration, or related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Postsecondary coursework or training in education, business administration, office administration, data management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports student admissions, registration, and application processing.
• Provides customer service to students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.
• Assists with maintaining accurate and confidential student records.
• Provides administrative support to Admissions, Counseling, and Career Services.
