The University of Michigan-Flint invites applications for an Administrative Support Specialist in the Occupational Therapy program. This full-time role provides essential support to the AFWC, ACC, and Program Director, with a split focus on admissions and fieldwork coordination.
You will handle transcripts, interview coordination, and applicant communications; maintain OTCAS records; assist with capstone placements, site agreements, and program reporting.
We are performing updates and maintenance to improve the applicant experience. As a result, the site will be unavailable from Saturday, October 3, at 9:00 p.m. ET through Sunday, October 4, at 8:00 a.m. ET. During this outage period, applications for job postings cannot be submitted.
Provides overall support to the Academic Field-Work Coordinator (AFWC), Academic Capstone Coordinator (ACC), and Program Director in the University of Michigan-Flint's Occupational Therapy academic program.
This position reports administratively to the department Office Manager, but will functionally report to the Coordinators and Program Director.
This is a full-time 40 hour per week (100% effort) position.
The hourly salary range is $18.17 to $22.69.
Admissions Support - 60% effort
Capstone and Fieldwork Support - 40% effort
