Job Description: Student Activities Shift Manager

Start Date: August 4 2025

Position Summary: The Student Activities Shift Manager oversees the daily operations of the Social Center and Concession Stand, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for cadets. Responsibilities include supervising cadet workers, managing facility and equipment use, organizing student activities, and maintaining snack and activity plan subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Social Center securely
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all areas
• Monitor surveillance systems and manage equipment use (TVs, game systems, projectors)
• Oversee concession operations, including inventory, POS system, and snack plan access
• Organize and supervise cadet activities and events
• Manage cadet workers and enforce behavioral expectations
• Report maintenance needs or incidents promptly
• Daily inventory count
• Reporting to the business office, daily register reconciliation.

Qualifications:
