Job summary

Frazee High School is seeking a dedicated professional to assist the Activities Director in planning, coordinating and evaluating school-based activities, clubs and events. You will help align sport goals with district strategy and manage department finances under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of school board policies for extracurriculars.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage programs and staff.
• Ability to develop and manage department budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, manages and facilitates school-based youth activities and programs.
• Promotes positive communication among parents, students and external agencies.
• Oversees program development and evaluation with the Activities Director.
• Assists with hiring of advisors and evaluates staff.
• Speaks for activities and programs when speaking with media.
• Communicates policies and updates to stakeholders.
• Trains students in sport-specific roles.
• Develops and communicates a clear vision for the program.
• Other duties as assigned.
