Job summary

Frazee is seeking a Coach to support the Activities Director in planning, implementing and evaluating K-12 sporting activities and events. The role includes managing program development, budgets and overseeing facilities and equipment, while fostering positive student-athlete growth.

The ideal candidate will assist with hiring, maintain strong communication with coaches, parents, students and the community, and align sport goals with school district strategy to build a successful program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education or related field.
• Experience in managing athletic programs or coaching.
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school-based youth sports and activities.
• Assist in hiring and evaluating coaches.
• Communicate with School Board, parents, students and staff about sport policies and updates.
• Align sport goals with district strategy.
• Develop and implement a clear vision for the athletics program.
• Oversee facility and equipment use and care.
