This position is responsible for accounting work involving reconciliation of Touch Net Payments, Online Student Account payments, Month End Deposit Summaries, Daily Sessions, and Daily Close Out reports.Responsibility for the daily receipting of all revenue reports. Duties require knowledge of university accounting practices and principles with strong customer service skills. Responsible for accurately reporting revenue reports, posting student account payments, and accurately maintaining petty cash.Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to students regarding all aspects of their account, including problem research and resolution. Work involves professional accounting activities under the direction of the supervisor.
POSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the student accounts functions while supporting the education mission of the college. Partnering with the Fiscal Affairs office in accurate reporting which affects the operations of the Fiscal Affairs Department in respect to Student Accounts and miscellaneous reporting.
