Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience.
• Excellent public speaking with experience in conducting training workshops.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to mentor and network across departments.
• Masters degree in rehabilitation counseling, counseling, instructional design, computer science, special education, access technology or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseload of students, e.g. accommodation coordination, referral to resources, advising and course registration.
• Review student documentation for service eligibility and determine reasonable accommodations.
• Assist with coordination of student accommodation services.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students regarding ODA procedures.
• Maintain cordial relationships with faculty, staff and students and collaborate with other student services entities.
