Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking a Student 1:1 RBT at the Tucson Upper Campus to support a single student under supervision, implementing ABA-based strategies and individualized instruction in a classroom setting.
The role requires an active RBT certification, experience with non-verbal students, and the ability to collaborate with teachers and families. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.
Student 1:1 RBT - Tucson Upper Campus
Under the supervision and direction of the Special Education Team and ABA Managers, the Student 1:1 RBT assists a specific student, performing a variety of tasks related to the student's behavioral, adaptive, and instructional needs in a classroom setting.
Positions in this class require: stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Work is routinely performed in an indoor and outdoor classroom setting.
