JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:

The Stuckeman School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture shop seeks to hire students throughout the academic year for part-time positions. These roles will assist the full-time shop staff.

Required Experience:

• Operating shop machinery such as:
• Table Saws
• Band Saws
• Miter Saws
• Drill Presses
• Sanders

Thorough knowledge of shop safety practices and effective communication skills.

Primary Duties Include:

• Cleaning and emptying dust collection bins
• Performing light machine maintenance, including cleaning and waxing machine tables
• Assisting others with machine usage
• Designing and building small projects in the Stuckeman Building
