Job summary

Modern design stucco Ltd is seeking a stucco plasterer for on-site work in Richmond, BC. The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in plastering and involves supervising others, applying and finishing plaster, surface preparation, and working at heights.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years experience in stucco plastering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other workers
• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster
• Clean and prepare surfaces
• Cure freshly plastered surfaces
• Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
• Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
• Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim
• Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
• Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
• Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
