Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking Journeyman Plasterers to apply plaster or stucco to exterior walls, ceilings, and surfaces according to specifications. The role involves both traditional hand-applied methods and machine-applied finishes as required by the project.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, material mixing, repairing cracks, and ensuring high-quality smooth or textured finishes. Work will be conducted on various job sites with scaffold or ladder use and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with plaster and/or stucco systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply exterior plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and facades.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, taping, or bonding agents.
• Mix plaster/stucco materials to correct consistency.
• Repair cracks and damaged surfaces with patching.
• Ensure smooth or textured finishes meet project specifications.
• Work from scaffolds or ladders following safety and code standards.
