Education LevelNone## Description**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:*** Assist stucco masons and applicators in preparing materials and surfaces.* Mix cement, plaster, and other stucco materials as directed.* Load and transport stucco materials to designated areas on-site.* Set up scaffolding, ladders, and protective barriers as needed.* Apply scratch, brown, and finish coats under supervision.* Install lath, foam, and fiberglass mesh on walls to prep for stucco.* Clean tools and job site daily to maintain a safe work environment.* Operate tools such as trowels, hawks, mixing drills, and texture sprayers.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:*** Basic knowledge of stucco systems and techniques is preferred.* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.* Comfort working outdoors and on scaffolding or elevated surfaces.* Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
