Job Title: Stucco Installer
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Due to continued growth, they are actively seeking experienced Stucco Installers to join their field operations team. Position Overview

The Stucco Installer will be responsible for the installation, repair, and finishing of stucco and exterior wall systems on commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Miami area. This individual will work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with traditional stucco systems, EIFS, plaster applications, and exterior finishes, along with a strong understanding of construction safety practices and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install traditional three‑coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects
  • Apply scratch, brown, and finish coats in accordance with project specifications
  • Install and repair EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) when required
  • Prepare surfaces by installing lath, mesh, waterproofing membranes, and accessories
  • Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation details
  • Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior fa ade systems
  • Maintain proper alignment, texture, and finish quality standards
  • Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Coordinate with foremen and project teams to maintain production schedules
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of stucco installation experience required
  • Experience with commercial, multifamily, or fa ade restoration projects strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and spraying equipment
  • Ability to work at heights and utilize scaffolding safely
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the Miami market
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in South Florida weather conditions, including heat and humidity
  • Ability to work at heights utilizing ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
