As the nation’s number one remodeling company by sales, we have more stucco work than we can currently fulfill. What We Offer:

• High Earning Potential – Earn between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your speed, quality of work, and project volume. Pay is on a per‑project basis — the more you complete, the more you make.

What We’re Looking For:

• Stucco Experience – Strong background in stucco application and repair, including preparation, mixing, applying base and finish coats, and texture matching.

• Tools & Equipment – Your own truck, stucco tools, scaffolding, and safety gear.

• Licensing & Insurance – A valid contractor’s license, general liability insurance, and a bond are required.

• Professionalism & Quality – A commitment to delivering clean, professional finishes and ensuring 5-star customer satisfaction.

• Reliable Work Ethic – As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but have the support of an experienced and organized team behind you.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work.

• Transport and handle materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.

• Perform full stucco installations or repairs according to job specifications and customer expectations.

• Ensure quality control and cleanliness throughout and after each project.
