Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance coverage.
• Available Monday through Friday 9:00 PM–11:30 PM.
• Dependable, punctual, able to work independently and follow procedures.
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Dust desks, furniture, shelves and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Clean breakrooms and common areas.
• Clean offices, hallways, entrances and assigned areas.
• Restock paper products, soap and supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment.
• Report low supplies or maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Complete all cleaning tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Represent Clean Team professionally at the customer site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Commercial Cleaner with Clean Team, your responsibilities may include:

• Dusting desks, furniture, shelves, and other surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms and common areas
• Cleaning offices, hallways, entrances, and other assigned areas
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly using and storing cleaning products and equipment
• Reporting low supplies, maintenance concerns, or facility issues to your supervisor
• Completing all assigned cleaning responsibilities within the scheduled shift
• Representing Clean Team professionally while working at the customer location

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Be able to work independently
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Have commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
