Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Dependable, punctual and able to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Strong attention to detail and good communication and time-management skills
• Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms, offices, hallways, entrances and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling and replacing liners
• Restocking paper products, soap, sanitizer and other supplies
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying management when additional products are needed
• Assisting with floor care and other janitorial projects as needed
• Following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly using and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or facility concerns
• Completing assigned duties within the scheduled workday
• Communicating professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers
