Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Stryker Systems Maintainer to oversee maintenance on M1128/M1132/M1133/M1135 vehicles. You’ll supervise safety, diagnose faults, and mentor junior Soldiers while supporting mission readiness.

Training includes Basic and Advanced Individual Training; paid drill weekends, tuition assistance, and benefits accompany part-time service, with civilian career opportunities after training.

Qualifications

• Must enlist in the Army National Guard and meet eligibility criteria.
• High school diploma or GED required or currently in high school.
• Comfortable working with heavy equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and sustainment maintenance on vehicle systems.
• Supervise shop safety and tool security practices.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in systems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior Soldiers.
• Conduct battlefield damage assessment and repair.
