Position Responsibilities
  1. Perform troubleshooting on Stryker Family of Vehicles for specific faults, failures, and deficiencies.
  2. Utilize download equipment to transfer and read data for software configuration management.
  3. Understand and describe acronyms related to turret and related LRU systems.
  4. Identify parts through IETM, Schematics, and cross-reference based on vehicle configuration.
  5. Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on Stryker vehicles.
  6. Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in automotive systems using built-in test equipment, manual troubleshooting procedures, tools, and technical documentation.
  7. Repair sub-systems and components, including line replacement units (LRUs), disassembling, replacing parts, and testing.
  8. Troubleshoot hydraulic systems specific to Stryker vehicles.
  9. Complete maintenance and administrative documentation.
  10. Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures and flow diagrams.
  11. Operate computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  12. Maintain accountability of tools, test equipment, and property, and ensure proper safety protocols.
Position Requirements
  1. 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
  2. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  4. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and lead or mentor others.
  5. Experience with multiple departmental technologies and knowledge of GDLS products and military terminology is preferred.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Trade school, technical, or commercial training certification.
  8. Ability to meet and maintain ASR, military, and company deployment requirements.
  9. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, travel domestically and internationally, and work in various environments.
  10. Secret Clearance required.
Physical Requirements
  • Work in various environments, including field and maintenance facilities.
  • Adjust to changing work schedules.
  • Occasional confined space work within vehicles.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes.
  • Color vision, dexterity, and ability to carry 70 lbs for 50 feet.
  • Pass and maintain physical deployment and SRP requirements.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $36.24 (Local SCA WA Rate). Eligible for annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accident insurance, disability, HSA, FSA, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
