Job summary

STS Aviation Services is seeking experienced A&P Technicians for our Melbourne, Florida overhaul and repair station. This full-time role supports heavy maintenance on Airbus A320, A220 and other aircraft.

Competitive pay up to $40/hour based on experience, with health insurance, PTO, and holiday pay. Candidates must be US authorized, possess a complete hand tool set, and be able to obtain an airport security badge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an A&P Technician in an MRO or line maintenance environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with Airbus A320 or A220 experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a complete set of hand tools applicable to the position.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.

STS Aviation Services is hiring experienced A&P Technicians to join our growing aircraft overhaul and repair station in Melbourne, Florida. These are direct-hire, full-time positions supporting heavy maintenance on Airbus A320, Boeing 737, 767, and A220 aircraft.

Position Summary:

This role is ideal for aviation professionals seeking a long-term opportunity in a high-performing MRO facility. Candidates must be experienced, licensed, and ready to work flexible shifts to meet operational demands.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3years of experience as an A&P Technician in a MRO or line maintenance environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and stands
• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop in confined spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be able to work in varying climate conditions and moderate noise levels
