Job summary

HMB Professional Engineers, LLC is seeking a Structures Project Manager in Murfreesboro, TN. The role offers a compensation range of $135,000 to $175,000 per year plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will lead transportation structural projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor a team of engineers and drafters. A PE/SE license and 15+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license is required.
• 15+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
• Proven track record of managing structural projects.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (OpenBridge/LEAP, MIDAS, OpenRoads, MicroStation).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors.
• Experience working in multiple states is a plus.
• Project or client management experience is required.
• Ability to guide junior staff and participate in the design and detailing of all aspects of small- to large-scale structural projects of varying technical complexity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, as well as time management skills.
• Detail-oriented team player.

Key Responsibilities
