We have the know‑how and experience to comprehensively manage complex projects, ensuring our customers' aircraft operate safely and efficiently.
Responsible for Mechanical maintenance and repair on Commercial Aircraft types.
Proficient working knowledge & ability to perform all requirements of lower Sheet metal Job skill progression titles. Good working knowledge or ability to acquire the skills of a Lead Mechanic. Proficient working knowledge of the following skills and the ability to learn skills among various narrow and wide body commercial aircraft:
Proficient detail blueprint reading, ability to read, interpret and work from service bulletins, engineering work orders, major S.R.M. structural repairs, ability to layout work using bend radius, set back and bend allowance charts, utilization of shop math, knowledge of ATA codes, knowledge of all applicable F.A.R.’s and company policies and procedures including job clocking procedures, routine/ non‑routine cards, and work sign‑off/ sell‑off procedures.
A moderate level of interpersonal skills is requiredto maintain an effective relationship with various departments, co‑workers andsupervision.
Requires easy mobility around all sections ofthe facility and the dexterity to install various electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems.Must possess the ability to distinguish colors to perform work adequately. Must be ableto lift 50 lbs. and report to work regularly.
