Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking an internal candidate to lead the Structures Fabrication team in manufacturing high-quality products safely and on schedule.

You will assess skill sets, set weekly priorities, and drive process improvements while adhering to SOPs and quality standards. In this role, you will coach team members, coordinate with Scheduling, EHS, and HR to enforce policies, and work to achieve key operating metrics focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities within the department.
• Lead and develop the culture within functional areas.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed in fabrication.
