Job summary

Ciorba Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our Structures Group in the Chicago, Peoria, or Indianapolis offices. This role targets December 2026 or May 2027 graduates and offers a strong foundation in transportation engineering while collaborating with seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-2 years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with CADD and discipline-specific engineering software is a plus.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
