This program trains you to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63) and to balance sales activity with thoughtful service as you develop the skills to cultivate new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7 & 63 licensing efforts to be completed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings for Structured Product Sales Consultants.
• Prospect new and existing advisors.
• Collaborate within territories to grow business.
• Profile financial advisors to assist clients in achieving objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of markets and AAM analytics.
• Provide excellent customer service and financial guidance.
• Meet activity goals set by Sales Manager.
