Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a professional to execute trades of structured product fixed income securities with a focus on Agency Mortgages and CLOs. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and contribute to market analysis and trade execution.
The role requires 2-7 years’ experience in structured products, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with tools like Bloomberg. The company promotes a hybrid work environment, expecting employees to work in the office at least four days a week.
Responsible, under direct supervision, for executing trades of structured product fixed income securities as authorized by Portfolio Managers with primary focus on Agency Mortgages and CLOs.
The estimated base salary for this role is $115,000–$140,000 per year. Variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives may also be available. Columbia Threadneedle expects employees to work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations, to be discussed during the hiring process.
