Job summary

iCapital Network in New York, NY is seeking an Analyst to join the Structured Investments team focusing on sales support. You will work cross-functionally with bank issuers and clients, conduct outbound calls, analyze sales trends, and support license preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience; Series 7/63/SIE licenses or candidates must obtain them within 4 months. Hybrid work with office Mon-Thu, remote Fri, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Sales and client service experience within financial services is a plus.
• Excellent relationship, follow-up, and communication skills.
• General knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Motivated, mature, trustworthy, and a team player.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of private markets, structured products, and options is a plus.
• Series 7, 63 and SIE licenses or candidate must obtain licenses within 4 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to set appointments for licensed sales professionals.
• Learn iCapital products and communicate objectives, risks, features, and benefits.
• Analyze regional and product sales trends within broker-dealer firms and among Financial Advisors.
• Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
• Learn financial markets and portfolio strategies.
• Assist senior sales professionals within assigned territory.
• Partner with external wholesaler and regional distribution team.
• Use CRM to capture information and schedule follow ups.
• Prepare for and pass necessary licenses.
