About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President of Platform Sales to drive revenue growth by expanding the use of iCapital’s investment technology solutions among broker-dealers, private banks/wirehouses, and registered investment advisors (RIAs). This individual will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new clients, increasing iCapital’s presence in the wealth management space, and driving engagement with the firm’s platform for structured products.
This role requires deep expertise in financial services, particularly structured investments, and a strong track record in new business development. This individual will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, and onboarding new firms.

The base salary range for this role is $185,000 to $250,000. iCapital offers a compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
