Viridan Group, partnered with a leading Tax Equity Investor, is seeking a Manager of Structured Finance to originate, close, and manage renewable energy tax oriented investments in Denver.

You will prepare investment memoranda for internal investment committees, draft and negotiate term sheets and legal documents, and review financial models. The role offers a hybrid schedule in Denver.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a keen eye for project pro formas and sensitivity analysis.
